Every stick in this chair was routed. The rounds started as squares, the seat rails as rectangles; the back slats were hollowed on a jig and its tenons routed on another.
Methods, while not in your face, are trivial when compared to being in the physics lab with a mute instructor.

3) "The Router Book", a Taunton publication about the nature of routing. Chapters: Cutter pathway control, Plungers, Trimmers, Fixed base, Jigs, Cutters, Some accessories, Routertable, Safety, Starting out, Templets, and Limitations.
